Senior Art Director

At Gelia, we're looking for a Senior Art Director who not only understands the creative process but lives for it. This role is ideal for someone who has seen it all, done it well, and is ready to push ideas further. You'll work across channels, industries, and teams, translating strategy into work that actually works.

You'll develop concepts, provide art direction, and design across a range of projects while helping guide the work from initial idea through final execution.

What You'll Bring:

• 7+ years of design and art direction experience
• A portfolio that shows strong conceptual thinking and flawless execution across print, digital, social, and video
• Mastery of design fundamentals, including typography, color, and layout, along with the strategic thinking behind them
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams while staying true to brand and creative vision
• Strategic problem-solving skills that connect client objectives to high-impact visual ideas
• A strong sense of ownership in managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple projects
• Ability to adapt to shifting technology, trends, and client needs
• Deep attention to detail that ensures pixel-perfect execution
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency in AI-enabled creative tools and platforms, using them to boost ideation, speed, and output
• Experience designing for digital platforms
• Excellent communication skills, both visual and verbal
• Comfort with feedback, fast turnarounds, and cross-office collaboration
• A link to your portfolio that shows polished, high-functioning creative work

Why Gelia?

Salary Range:

• $60,000 - $80,000
