In-Person Monday - Friday, 8:am - 5:pm

MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In depth experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Onsite management of projects throughout Los Angeles and Orange County
• Create RFPs to Subcontractors per Scope of Work provided by Client
• Create and track RFIs based on conflicts discovered in plans and retrieve subcontractors RFIs to create package.
• Qualify Subcontractor proposals apples-to-apples
• Negotiations with vendors for best pricing
• Create and update Construction Schedule
• Create, update, and track Submittal Package
• Research online for best pricing of materials
• Create PCO and Change Order Logs - Track and Update
• Manage construction progress 
• AOC Meetings host weekly
• Track and Update all Documents throughout process
• Inventory and Procurement of Materials
• Subcontractor coordination
• Quality and Safety Control
• Close Out Packages

ESTIMATING RESPONSBILITIES:

• In depth experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Take-offs of flooring, drywall, baseboard, doors, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, using Sq. Ft./L.F., Qty's, per Labor Rates per day.
• Ability to identify conflicts in designs between Architectural and ID plans.
• Negotiate pricing and create Subcontracts to vendors.
• Estimate in a 16-Division proposals and in Schedule of Values.

• Microsoft Project - Construction Schedules
• Planswift/Bluebeam/Assemble - Estimating Software
• Docusign - Contracts
• Dropbox - file sharing
• Excel - troubleshooting formulas
