* Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive interviews

* Follow up with your leads to nurture their interests and guide them throughout the hiring process

* Ensure accurate and updated information in our applicant tracking platform

* Earn commissions based on scheduled meetings, interviews that proceed, and placements resulting from your leads
