Your Responsibilities

• Discover potential healthcare candidates through our exclusive platform and your personal network
• Engage prospective candidates about MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruitment team for in-depth evaluations
• Maintain continuous follow-up with leads to nurture their interest throughout the hiring process
• Ensure all information is accurately logged in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and hires made from your leads

Requirements for Success

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation Structure

This is an opportunity driven by performance, purely commission-based. This means no limitations on your earnings or your achievements.

You will be compensated based on the real value you create:
